Photo: Two flat, torso-shaped aluminium plates by Mariechen Danz are mounted on short poles on the wall. The material of each work has been punched out so that the works cast patterned shadows on the wall. One of these shadows can be seen large in the exhibition view.

Installation view: View into the exhibition room of the provenance exhibition. Many paintings hang like a mosaic on a large, high white wall. In the centre of the room is a showcase table for viewing documents, and at the back of the room are three screens on stilts.
