Dear visitors,
for your safety and ours, kindly observe the following code of conduct:

Negative test result

To vist the museum, you must show evidence that you have tested negative for Covid-19 in a rapid antigen (lateral flow) test conducted on the same day.


The visit is currently possible only with an online time slot ticket. Please keep to the binding time slot of your ticket. We ask for your understanding that we can only offer a limited number of tickets.

FFP2 Mask

In the entire building, it is obligatory to wear FFP2 masks covering mouth and nose. We kindly ask you to wear a mask too. If it is not possible for you to comply with this obligation, please inform the cashier.

The following people do not need to wear a mask:

1. children under six,
2. people unable to wear a face covering because of a health problem or disability,
3. people using another device that reduces the spread of infectious droplets,
4. the deaf and hard of hearing, as well as people communicating with or accompanying them.

Keep your distance

Please enter the building in twos at most – unless you belong to the same household. Please keep at least 1.5 m away from other people at all times, and avoid direct physical contact.

Wash and disinfect your hands

Please wash your hands regularly with soap for at least 30 seconds, and kindly make use of the disinfectant dispensers in the foyer.

Observe cough etiquette

Please cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hand.
